Building Managers can now send a notification to Service Providers when an update is made to the description of a Work Request.
This will ensure that Service Providers are fully aware of all updates for a Job, especially those pertaining to the scope of work.
Notify Service Providers of an Update
1. Go to the Jobs page (Wrench Icon )
2. Select the Job
3. Click the three dots next to the Work Request
4. Select 'Edit' from the drop-down menu
5. Enter an Update in the description field
6. Click 'Update'
7. When the pop-up appears, click 'Yes'
This will send an email notification of the updated Work Request to the Service Provider. Updates will be listed in the Activity Log of the Work Request.
