With the Minimum Quote feature, Organisation Admins can manage when Quotes for a Job should be sent to the Committee for approval.
Creating a Minimum Quote
When an Organisation Admin creates a Quote Request, the expected number of Quotes will default to the number of Service Providers selected.
To change the number of minimum Quotes, click the drop-down menu for 'Expected Number of Quotes' and select a new number.
Organisation Admins can make changes after the Minimum Quote feature has been set by going to the Work Summary Page, clicking the three dots next to the Trade Category and selecting
'Edit minimum number of quotes'.
An email notification will be sent to Organisation Admins notifying them of the update and include Job Details and a list of Service Providers that submitted Quotes. To go directly to a Quote,
Organisation Admins should click 'View Quote'.
When Organisation Admins go to the Jobs page, a Quote Request will have an orange dot indicating it should be sent to the Committee for approval.
If the minimum number of Quotes hasn't been met, do NOT select the 'Request Quote Approval' button. This will be available after the number of minimum Quotes has been met.
