Owners and Committees are able to login to SMATA to access their Building Profile and Documents.
Organisation Admins can send an invitation link to these users by following these steps:
1. Send a request to add the owner in Strata Master
- Once the owner has been added to Strata Master this contact will then sync with SMATA within 48 hours
2. Go to Contacts tab and select Contacts in the drop-down,
3. Enter the email address in the Contact's search box.
4. Click Invite
5. Then Click Confirm
The Owner/Committee member will be required to confirm their email address and create a password, once complete the owner will now be set up in SMATA.
