The building profile is the hub where the committee members/owners will find up to date information about their building.
Strata Managers can also access the building profile by going to Accounts, (Building Tab), once they select the address for the building this will route them to the Building Profile
Here they will be able to find:
- Directory of building contacts
- Building Rules
- Items to action (Committee Approvers only)
- Recent work history
- Popular Documents
- Upcoming Work
By Clicking 'View Directory', you will be shown a list of contacts in the building. You are able to search fo individual names, as well as filter contacts by role eg. Strata Manager, Tenant, Committee Member etc.
If a contact has 'Send Message' under their name, by clicking it you will be able to send them a message through SMATA's Messaging Feature. If a contact does not have this under their name, it means they either do not have an active SMATA account, or they have requested to not be contactable.
Building rules are rules set for approving invoices. Clicking on Building Rules will show you which Strata Managers and Internal Approvers and which Committee Members and External Approvers, and the invoice costs that require approval.
Works that have recently been completed in the building will be listed here for reference. Clicking on a job will show its details, any images, videos or files attached and the log of events in the job. Clicking 'View All' will show the list of all the completed jobs.
Popular Documents are files that Strata Managers have flagged as important or particularly useful to owners.Displaying them here gives Committee Members or Owners quick access to them. Only the most recently added are on the profile, but clicking 'View all' will show all popular documents.
As the name implies, Upcoming Work shows the list of the future works to be undertaken in the building. Clicking 'View All' will display the fill list of works, from which can be search by Job name, and filter by current Job Status, eg 'Assigned', 'Job Scheduled', etc.
