When creating work requests, Building Managers can now see the Bank Balances of the Building. This helps them to determine if the building will be able to service a bill that will come from a service provider.
There are 2 funds that are visible in SMATA:
1. Admin Fund - This is the fund for the day to day expenses of the building.
2. Capital Works Fund - This is the fund that is put aside and used for major/larger works and expenses for the building.
You can see these balances in the work summary page of the work order.
Before they can complete the work request, Building Managers will receive a trigger/notification if the bank balance is less than $1000.
