Strata Managers can upload important documents for the building such as By-Laws, building policies, asbestos reports etc in the building profile page. These documents can be shared with contractors.
This can be done either:
1. Through Accounts
- Find the relevant building by using the search bar
- Search by typing the SP, Address or Strata Manager of the building
2. By finding it through the Jobs page
- Find the relevant job
- Click the three dots on the right side
- Select View building page.
Once in the building page:
1. Go to the Important Documents tab.
2. Click + ADD DOCUMENTS.
3. Click on Choose File and select the document that needs to be uploaded.
4. (Optional) Tick the box for 'Share this document with contractors that are sent work and quote requests for this building'.
5. Click SAVE.
If it has been selected to share the uploaded document to contractors, the document/s will be visible to contractors when work and quote request created for this building.
