When a Job is raised, Committee Members and Owners can follow the progress through their access to the Public Page. This page provides important information about the Job and allows Committee Members and Owners to keep track of any recent developments with the maintenance work.
Site Contacts and Building Contacts can access the Public Page directly from the link sent by email. Simply, look for 'Track This Job' and click the link to view the Public Page. Alternatively, owners can click on the job from the Buildings Profile page.
For more information, please see Functions and Features of the Building Profile.
Information on the Public Page
The first thing that Committee Members and Owners will see on the Public Page is the Job Title, which appears prominently and describes the maintenance work required. For example, 'Repair the garage door'.
Note: A danger icon next to the job title indicates jobs that involve hazards or risks.
The Plan Number and Address of the Building are listed below this. More details for the Service Provider are given in the Job Description, which appears on the next line in a smaller font.
View any images, videos or documents showing the damage or describing the services required by double-clicking the file name. When the file has been downloaded, it can be viewed, saved or shared.
Site Contact information that's provided to the Service Provider is listed below this and includes an on-site emergency contact.
Contact information for the Strata Management Company is listed in the second column. Committee Members and Owners can refer to the Plan Number when contacting the Strata Manager of the Building. The names of the Building Manager and Support Manager will also be provided.
While the Plan Number is more useful for Committee Members and Owners to know, they can also refer to a Job using the Job ID at the top of the page.
In the third column, Service Provider contact information is listed.
Disruption Notice
If there's a Disruption Notice, there will be a description of why the Job will be temporarily disrupted along with the Dates and Times. The date the Disruption Notice was created will be listed with the dates and times of the last update and any attached files.
