Strata Managers are now able to add notes about the building. This will help Strata Managers be on top of the important details about a specific building.
How to add notes:
1. Log in to your SMATA portal.
2. Select the relevant Building under the 'Buildings Page'
3. Click the Notes tab.
4. You may enter the details of your notes on the 'Add new note here' field, you can also add a subject, which is optional.
5. Select the type of the Note. Internal, will be visible to Strata/Building Managers, Building Owners and SMATA Admin. While, Public Page will be visible to all who has the link of the public page.
6. Click Add.
Nb. Notes from Strata Master will be imported to SMATA and can be edited by SMATA Admin, Strata Managers and Building Managers.
