Building Managers can update information on their Profile like the profile photo and password, change notifications settings or set up integrations.
It's important that information on the Profile is accurate and up-to-date, since some of this information (like the Name, Email and Role) is visible to the Strata Organisation and stakeholders.
To view and update the Profile, click the User Icon on the toolbar then select 'Settings'.

If there's already a profile photo added, a preview of the image will be shown. The current photo can be removed by clicking the check box for 'Remove Profile Image'.
To add a profile photo, click 'Choose File' and attach a photo.
Verify that the information is correct then select 'Update'.
All of the information listed above is visible to other portal users including Service Providers and Owners.
For more information, please see How to Upload a Profile Photo.
Two Factor Authentication
Building Managers can enable two-factor authentication for their profile. When enabled, on each log-in attempt, they will be required to input a One-Time Password (OTP) that will be sent to their email.
Note: Currently the One-Time Password (OTP) can only be sent via email
Notifications
Building Managers can update notification settings by selecting 'Notifications' on the Settings page.
They can decide whether to make changes to a specific type of notification (In App, SMS or Email) and to the frequency which they receive email notifications.
Selections made under 'Basic Settings' will be applied to all notifications.
To view more options and change notifications for specific functions and kinds of updates, click 'Advanced Settings'.
For more information, please see Change Notifications Settings.
Integrations
Building Managers can link Zoom to their User Profile or install an Outlook plugin by selecting 'Integrations' on the Settings page. If these aren't already enabled for the Organisation, contact an Organisation Admin to enable them.
Building Managers can use Zoom to hold and keep track of virtual meetings for the building.
The Outlook plugin can be used to archive emails and attachments to the Document Management System.
For more information, please see Zoom Integration and Outlook Integration.
Building Managers should contact us with any further questions regarding this process.
