The Jobs Portal is now free to quote, communicate and process Invoices. (This is similar to the previous Work Request process.)
We are reviewing our value proposition for all stakeholders and will contact Service Providers with more information. Please be assured that we will do whatever we can to support Service Providers and to ensure we make this process as simple and effective as possible.
The Jobs Portal has a dedicated Support Team available to answer any questions that arise. Service Providers in need of support should contact our team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

1. Will you be charged for existing Work Requests in the Jobs Portal?
No. These will go through the process as usual, however you will not be charged.
2. Will you receive a Refund for Work Requests that have already been charged the Service Fee?
No. We will not charge you for Jobs that are pending the Service Fee charge after
March 24, 2020 in the Jobs Portal.
3. Is the Service Fee going to be turned on again in the future?
We are using this time to revisit the value proposition for Service Providers and will present a range of new options (including a free version) with new features in the future.
