When Service Providers upload a Disruption Notice for a Job, it's automatically sent to the Strata Manager and all Site Contacts for the Building.
If the Service Provider has sent the Disruption Notice by email, the Strata Manager can upload it to the Portal on their behalf.
If the Disruption Notice has already been uploaded, they can make changes and send an updated version to all Building Contacts.
