A Strata Manager will need to add this person as a Building Manager in order to allow them to access and action jobs on SMATA.
A Strata Manager can add a Building Manager by following the steps below:
1. Go to the 'Buildings' Page
2. Click on the relevant building
3. Click on the 'Building Managers' Tab and then on the '+ New Manager' button
4. Add the Building Manager's email, first name and last name, and select the permissions set for this building manager.
5. Click invite
If this building manager is new to SMATA, they will receive and email with a link to activate their account and password. If they are not new, they will receive an email informing them of this nomination as a building manager.
From this point, Building Managers will be able to use SMATA almost exactly the same as Strata Managers do (depending on their permissions, they may not be able to approve invoices, and have to send it to a Strata Manager for approval, or may not be able to edit a Building Profile)
