For the most part, each work order requires one invoice payment. However there are situations where the payment for a work order is more complicated.
- Larger or long term works
- Works that require multiple invoices
- Works that require progress payments
- Works that are within a building's contract or arrangement**
For the time being, these types of works will NOT be assigned through the Strata Connect platform.
In these scenarios, Strata Managers will assign these jobs to contractors through alternate methods. If you think that this may apply to you, please discuss this with the strata manager.
**N.B. While contracted maintenance inspections will not be put through Strata Connect, any additional works that are found within these inspections will be. In this case, a contractor should message their Strata Manager directly and the work order will be raised in Strata Connect for them.
