Typically, each Work Request requires one Invoice. However, there are situations where the payment for a Work Request is more complicated.
- Larger or long-term work
- Work that requires multiple Invoices
- Work that requires progress payments
- Work within a building's contract or arrangement
For the time being, these types of work will NOT be assigned through the Jobs Portal.
Strata Managers will assign these Jobs to Service Providers through other methods. Service Providers who are assigned Jobs that fall under one of these categories should contact the Strata Manager with any questions.
Note: While contracted maintenance inspections will not be processed through the Jobs Portal, any additional work that is found as a result of these inspections will be.
In such instances, Service Providers should send a Message to the Strata Manager assigned to a Job and the Work Request will be created in the Jobs Portal for them.
