Follow these steps to receive updates on the progress of a work request:
- When creating a job in the portal or when you are nominated as building contact by the strata manager you will be sent an email confirmation with the works request details.
- In this email Look for 'Track this Job' link.
- Click on the link and you will be redirected to another page called the 'Public Page' where you can see the progress of the Job.
If you are not included as a building contact or you are not receiving notifications and would like information then you should contact your strata manager.
