How do Real Estate Agents/Property Managers receive updates on the progress of a work request? V 1.0

Follow these steps to receive updates on the progress of a work request:

1. If you create a job in the portal or if you are nominated as building contact by the strata manager, you will be sent an email confirmation with the work request details.
2. In this email look for the 'Track this Job' link.
3. Click on the link and you will be redirected to another page (the Public Page) where you can see the progress of the job.

If you are not included as a building contact or you are not receiving notifications and would like information, please contact your strata manager.
