Contractors Company Status Michael Magic June 04, 2019 10:59 Updated A contractors company status is defined by the following; Imported (Blue) - Contractors that have been imported from your management software (eg Strata Master) but are not currently active in SMATA; To make the contractors 'Active' you can invite them to SMATA by clicking the 'invite button' under their status. A link will be sent to the contractor to set up an account in SMATA. Once the contractor's account is set up, the status will change to 'Active' and will be able to receive work and quote requests. Note: If you click 'Invite', a date stamp will show under this 'Invite' link. This date is when the contractor was last invited. Active (Green) - Contractors that are Active in SMATA have an active account and can be assigned to work and quote requests. Inactive (Red) - Contractors that have been marked as inactive in your management software. (eg Strata Master) Suspended (Red) - Contractors has not met the terms and conditions of SMATA.
