How to submit a quote? SMATA Support Manager April 30, 2019 02:18 Updated 1. Login to your SMATA account. 2. Navigate to your 'JOBS' section and select the job with 'Quote Requested' status. If you have not scheduled to work then; - Click on 'Edit Scheduled Work' button. - Contact the preferred building contact that is noted to meet you onsite and confirm the new time. - You can add the Agreed Schedule Date, Time and Estimated Duration. - Click on 'SAVE'. - All building contact will be notified about the date you will be visiting the site to inspect and quote. If you have already scheduled the work; 3. Click on 'Submit A Quote' button. 4. Put all the required information: Price Estimated Start Date Estimated Duration 5. Attach a photo or video (optional) 6. Add comments. 7. Upload a 'Quote'. 8. Click on the 'SAVE' button. Your quote will be sent through the strata manage for review. The quote may either be approved by the Strata Manager or sent to the committee for review. We will keep you updated via email as it moves through the process.
