Follow these steps to request an inspection for a property.
- Login to your SMATA Portal.
- Navigate to your 'JOBS' section (wrench icon) and select the job.
- (If you have an employee/employees) Click 'Assign' to assign an employee to the job.
- Click the 'Inspection' button.
- Contact the nominated site contacts and confirm a time to meet them.
- Add your agreed inspection Date and Time with any comments to the form.
- Click on the checkbox which says 'I have contacted the site preferred contact and confirmed the above time for inspection.'
- Click on 'SAVE'.
This confirmed time and your contacts details will be shared with the building contacts.
