Follow these steps to message a strata manager for a job you are working on:
- Login to your Portal.
- Navigate to your 'JOBS' section and select the job you're working on.
- On the Work Summary page, click on envelope icon.
- Add a comment.
- You can also upload multiple files here by clicking the clip icon or drag and drop files from your desktop.
- Click on 'SEND'.
This message will go through to the nominated strata manager.
When they respond you will be alerted in a few ways.
- You will receive an email
- Strata Managers can reply to service provider's message via email, once sent this reply will also be visible in the messaging modal in Strata Connect.
- You will see in the portal a small red marker on Jobs that have any unopened messages. Click on the 'VIEW MESSAGES' to respond.
