Service Providers may decide to decline a Job if they're unavailable, the job is not within their service area or scope of trade or they don't agree with the deadline or budget.
Decline a Job
1. Sign in to the portal
2. Go to the Jobs page (Wrench Icon )
3. Select the Job
4. Click the 'Decline Job' button
5. Enter a reason
6. Click 'Decline Job'
The Strata Manager will receive an email notification that the Job was declined along with the reason provided by the Service Provider.
