Once an invoice has been submitted in SMATA and your invoice has been approved by the Strata Manager, the invoice will be sent to Strata Managers accounts team for payment. 2. You will receive a notification via email that the invoice has been approved and sent for payment by the strata management company. 3. The funds will be paid from the strata management company directly to your nominated bank account. 4. Take note that you will be charged a Service fee by SMATA for each transaction after you get paid by the Strata Management Company. This fee schedule is outlined in the Terms of Sevice.
