Voting on Meetings in the Mobile App for Owners

Owners can use the mobile app to vote on meetings conveniently. Follow the steps below to participate in the voting process.

1. Open the mobile app
Owners should log into the mobile app using their credentials.

2. Navigate to the Buildings page
Tap on the ‘Buildings’ icon in the bottom navigation menu.

3. Access the Meetings section
On the Buildings page, owners should click on ‘Meetings’ to view a list of upcoming and past meetings.

4. Select the relevant meeting
Under the ‘Upcoming’ tab, owners can find and select the meeting they wish to vote on.

5. View the agenda
Tap ‘Open’ to view the full meeting agenda and motion details.

6. Vote on a motion
Owners can click on the motion they want to vote for and then select ‘Vote’.

7. Choose a voting option
Owners can select their preferred voting option:

Owners can change their vote by clicking ‘Revote’ anytime before the meeting’s scheduled time and date.

9. Viewing Completed Meetings

Owners can access past meeting records by clicking the ‘Completed’ tab in the Meetings section.
